JANOSIK THE HIGHLAND ROBBER

Beautiful views of Podkarpackie, crazy horse rides, spectacular fights, fast-paced action and the incomparable Marek Perepeczko, who was cast in the lead role of a robber Janosik, whotakes revenge on peasant harm and conquers feminine hearts. The Janosik series consists of 13 separate episodes that are based on legends and stories taken from the Tatra epic ‘Legend of the Tatra’, written by Kazimierz Przerwa-Tetmajer. Time of action takes place in the nineteenth century, and Janosik and his rogue company are fighting not only with the burgrave hayduks, out also with the Austrian army, as participants of the national uprisings.
